How pricing works
Councils buy one annual area licence, quoted per council. Schools and colleges that join a council's reporting use the Returns Portal free. See council pricing and Jobcentre pricing.
Education Partner and Jobcentre team bands, a year:

How to buy
One annual contract, paid by invoice and purchase order. There is no card payment for councils or Jobcentre teams.
Payment terms: Councils and Jobcentre teams: invoiced annually in advance against a purchase order. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date by bank transfer (BACS). Schools and colleges: pay by card when subscribing, or request an invoice payable within 30 days. Young people: Shine is free. We never ask young people for payment details.
