Where the time goes today
Most Careers Leaders tell us the same thing: the careers programme runs, but proving it runs takes the evenings. Registers from employer talks, work experience forms, destination chasing and a report for governors all end up retyped.
- Learners log it. Talks, visits and work experience are recorded by the learner with a reflection. You verify or adjust.
- Gaps show themselves. The per-learner table lists who has no work experience or no employer encounter yet.

- Every careers activity is tagged to a Gatsby Benchmark. The per-learner table shows which benchmarks each learner has met and which are still gaps.
- Learners log their own activities
- Learners record talks, visits and work experience with a reflection. Staff verify or adjust the record rather than typing it in.
- Early warning
- Flags learners with no recent activity or low confidence, with a quick follow-up record (job referral, training, 1-to-1, safeguarding category) and the next check-in date.
- Destinations and check-ins
- Destination check-ins at 3, 6, 12 and 18 months, plus a placed-and-sustained view for learners in work or training.
- Equity lens
- Compares engagement and outcomes by group, with groups under five suppressed so no learner can be identified.
