This is a staff account for schools, colleges, universities and trusts. It is separate from student accounts, and it never gives you access to an individual student's data.

   Essentials, Standard or Multi-site.

   Payment clears before verification is booked.

3. 3. Video verification call

   We confirm your role and your institution.

Dashboard access is never granted on payment alone. Every institution account passes a video verification call with a member of the Shine team first, so nobody can pose as a school to reach young people.
